Bench Press
Everybody loves a bench right? Many young gentlemen out there seem to be under the impression that there is a direct correlation between work done on the bench press (amount of weight x number of reps x amount of noise made performing it) and attractiveness of the women they can pull (size of breasts - intelligence x ratio of glute muscle to hip width).
