You need consistent motivation. You need to remember to workout a little when you’re not in the mood, you need the right images & thoughts in your mind when you train.

It’s not a fancy fitness tracker. As wonderful as some of the ‘quantified self’ developments are, they are a little unnecessary. What you need is to get stronger & More-Athletic, to eat less junk food and to eat more real food, and you need to remember to do this daily.

Our philosophy is to encourage people, step by step, to stop chasing calorie burn – it’s not the way to a lean body. We want you to eat right – that will take care of your six pack. Then train with pride, style and focus on making your body stronger, healthier and able to move better. You’ll be glad you did.

DON’T MAKE ‘THE MISTAKE’

Having a lean body is about food. Eat the right amount of calories consistently and you’ll shed excess fat.

If you want to look good, train to build your muscle too.

Cardio is great, but is a weak & time consuming tool on the road to a ripped lean body.

You don’t need a lot of time, you don’t need a lot of equipment, you don’t need a lot of money….you can get a great body with better eating and focused strength habits. HabFit is here to help you do this.

BE THE PERSON YOU WANT TO BE

Many of us want to be better. We make great plans but fail to execute and let them pass us by. Real life takes over, old patterns of behaviour hijack our future. Then we feel bad, like we’ve failed. HabFit, with fitness as it’s base is designed around making you better. Use your habit waiting list to outline the person you want to be. Then iteration, by iteration become that person.

Habits and behaviours don’t change overnight, it takes time, consistent motivation and application.
