Welcome to the school of fitness. One by one, in simple lessons, we will teach you fitness.

The School of Fitness has been designed as a 'start here' place for anyone embarking on a mission to really know what they are doing in the gym.

We will arm you with the knowledge and mind-set required to get started and master the world of fitness. We don't like to see people unhappy with their bodies and we don't like to see people wasting their time.

As we expand we will bring you lessons in fitness philosophy, physiology, psychology, fat loss, nutrition, training techniques and probably some other stuff too.



Each lesson will be simple, easy to understand and have a clear take home message. It will save you countless hours of reading and searching and it will wise you up good so whatever you goal you will have a better chance of success.

If you just want to get a bit fitter or stronger, find an article or program get started and you will do ok. But if you want to really know what you're doing, make radical changes to your physique and get the most out of minimum time, these lessons will equip you for long term fitness mastery.
